This interesting composition caught my eye. How strange that it reminded me of Van Gogh's wheatfield. Well done.

Dearest Opal,

i share the same feelings.... i enjoy visiting those Touristic historical and Biblical attractions.......
too bad Terrorism still makes so risky our trips abroad.

when i was in Egypt my mom told me to come right away back home due to an incident that happened at the Valley of The Kings and i was just 4 days away!
Luckily i had caught a boat cruise at that time and the ship was very far from that incident area...

i can't say i will not go back, but i still fear the lack of Peace.

Yes, Master Vincent van Gogh would be veeery happy with Your accomplishments, Opal!
... so am i!

*sparkle*

my Best,
Regina

Regina, This is a real beauty. That area is such a intreging place for me. One day before I die I will go to Egypt to see for myself all the wonders that are there. I also want to go to where Jesus walked and preached to all the people.

Thank you for the highest compliment you could give me or anyone saying Van Gogh would like my photo of the Sun Flowers. I can feel that came from your heart, just like all that I say about your photos come from my heart. Thank You Kind Lady.

Stupendo panorama. Ottimo il taglio e l'angolo della visuale. Peccato per il cielo lattiginoso, un po' d'azzurro avrebbe contrastato meglio. Ciao bellissima.

Reference all my prior comments. On this one, I would surely crop off most of that sky and make it more of a panorama. It might work better in b+w since that is more forgiving of a bald sky, at least we're used to seeing it in black and white photographs. Franz Krajcberg sounds like quite a guy. I will look for his work.

Super composition Regi, I do like this photo.
If only the buildings and remains could speak - what stories they would tell us of civilisations past !

Like a scene out of a movie such as Arabian Nights. The architecture in the background is gorgeous enough but to have the deep dark stone structure in the foreground was an excellent idea. Great work Regina!
