Well Tealby is a bit in the sticks I think - there are also some pretty villages near Lincoln - Harmston and Navenby to name but a couple. Us Yanks (even notional ones like myself) just adore all those stone cottages and fabulous cottage gardens. America has some majestic scenery but Britain has a great deal of detail in its landscape I think which makes it so fascinating. And of course the rain - which keeps it green! I love your landscape photos!

Tealbt eh - sounds like I need a trip over there. I'm on a Lincolnshire kick myself at the moment.
Nice work, strange use of a landscape composition for a portraite subject, but is does work.

OH NO hey Rebecca lend us a few quid so I can travel back and take some more photos.... I am teasing you - yes I did but not that many and they arent great I had a difficulties with some of my graveyard photos I think in part due to the light. I will be posting them soon so would appreciate feedback!

This is a pleasant photo, but the background, with it's moody tones and textures, would have made an excellent image. I hope you got a few shots while there.
