About	I just find it unusual that this person is covering brick with Vinyl. You can see where he is preparing some more brick for covering with an under layer of foam. Why did I pay that extra for brick? Am I missing something?

Great shot Del. and LOL at what Jimmy said! In reality, I think it was probably just someone that wanted a change. ( however stupid that may be ) :)

Like I said in my comment of the "Portable rocking chair," there's some strange folks up there in Vienna. There's only one explanation. They're redneck immigrants from Louisiana.

That is odd. Why on earth would you cover brick with siding especially vinyl which needs maintenance as it is dimpled and the dirt embeds itself. Keep on finding the weird and wonderful Del, you are doing a bang up job.
