Hi Angelo, First of all, a very creative series. This one is IMO the strongest of the trhee, as the perspecive and the balance in composition are perfect. Reading through the comments, I think the space on the floor is essential to the composition, and a very strong element in this shot. Great job, and definately a theme that appeals to me. Keep it up!
Cheers,
Hugo

Dear Angelo,
sorry for the late reply. In fact, you're the master and I'm lame ;-)
you're totally right in cropping the picture that way. very strong format - adds a lot to the scene. sometimes one can only judge on the final image if you know the original one. shame on me and bless on you =)
Take care,
Thilo

I think I'm choking. With laughter. I don't know what to write about this hilarious, priceless photo. No, one mustn't laugh at the "weight-challenged", of course not, but when I look at Chubby's shorts, legs, socks and shoes in this photo, I lose it. Your tube photos keep getting better and better, funnier and funnier. Cheers! Keep them coming, oh Terror of the Tube. Rgds, Svend

Dear Angelo,
I believe you ;-)
But the format doesn't seem to be 4:3. I would like to see the uncropped version, if there is some.
Take care, Thilo

Thilo,
It just doesn't look so nice without the foreground. Try it, just by scrolling the window.
I can't explain why, it's just a feeling.
Maybe it has to do with leading lines, and the way the lines ont he floor lead toward the different sets of feet.
That's the best I can offer. When I "saw" the image, I saw it with the lines on the floor.

Dear Angelo,
that's a big LOL for sure ;-)
It looks like there is some mess-up with the legs. great that you saw this and captured it.
You give the wooden floor a relatively huge space. wonder why? The format you created is very cool, but I don't think that the floor is that important. just my thoughts though ;-)
great shoe series.
take care, Thilo
