I would suggest the 10D because you can change lens on the camera. If you can afford it I would consider the L series lens which I've been looking at. Both cameras have comparable quality.

Carolyn, thank you for your post! I see in your portfolio, which is very nice, that you use A Canon EOS 10. I use an Olympus but in a few days am going to upgrade. Very excited about it and am torn betwwen your camera and the Digital Rebel. I think I'm leaning more toward your camera. Did you do much research before you bought yours and if so how well do you like it. I'd really appreciate your opinion. Thanks again and hope to hear back from you!
