Very nice capture, I like her pensive pose, and deep words too, one more time I agree with you.

Just wonderful! I love everything about this, down to her shiny shoes! So sweet and sad. She seems to me to be avoiding conflict . . . like she's just gotten in trouble. Poor little one!

I think she looks like she's concentrating on something and has forgotten you're there. In a moment she'll whirl around with a big smile on her face, all excited. It isn't the picture you've described, so I guess it's just wishful thinking on my part. What a sweetie.

I seconded you in what you have said. What is making a child happy is love, care & protection not cloth or money for sure. Great shot and I wish this child is happy one. Cheers for both the thought and shot.

Very moving indeed...I recently volunteered my services at a local woman and children's shelter and really felt what you are talking about....it breaks my heart...and at the same time reminds me to cherish what I have and continue to give to those who don't have as much. Strong photo....the shadows, light and details in the stone pillars really amaze me....

Very emotive capture Rawabi. She looks so sad and alone even the bright sunlight on her cannot dispel the gloom. Well done.

Really nice portrait; we see emotion without seeing the face. I especially like the way you've shot this at the child's level, rather than looking down on her, and the choice of background is terrific. Very nice!
