I really like this photo. I love old things that tell us of the past. I miss the past, the nice people, no drugs(well maybe not as excelerated as it is now),family,friends. There isn't much to a family anymore these days, drugs are out of control,friends are no longer, people don't trust anyone any more........................Opal

Hi Gloria Yes I remember when people payed big money for barn bourd for their Rec rooms and wayne scoting (pardon my spelling lol } I use to buy it and replain it down and whats under that weathered bourd would really suprise you beautiful wood that is hundred or more yrs old is well aged cheers for now Glenn

A beautiful capture and composition. Excellent detail. I am not sure if it is still being done, but twenty years ago, people were paying a lot of money to have those weathered boards installed inside of their homes. Great shot Glenn....Gloria
