Great look. Her expression is inviting, congratulations for the capture. Tones and lighting are fine, but one thing drives more attention than should - the hair shadow over her eyebrow is too flat, textureless, resulting in a flat grey strange mass, driving attention from her eyes/look.
Otherwise, a great image.

Beautiful portrait. The dark tones work quit nicely. The only part I'm not sure of is the black of the left eye blending with the black background. Maybe a little more light would put a bit more detail there. But then again, maybe there is on the full size image..
