Hello Philip. All happened instantly, yes i was hanging out a window to achieve what i had in mind. A little danger makes the photography much prettier :) :)... But i was lucky too, the scene appeared in front of me exactly as desired without waiting a lot. Cheers!

This is very good and these are not easy shots to take, since you have to guess how much of shutter speed will give you the effect. Very nice portfollio overall...!

I like the way you've blurred the passer by to make him stand out from his environment. I took a look at the rest of your portfolio as well and I love it! especially the b/w work! Very nice.
