Hi Peter,
Thought I'd browse some more, since I am now your friend, you have to put up with me! LOL
This image is really nice, I myself love these kinds of days! (and in San Diego we are in much need of rain for 2 years) I can tell this is natural, probably no adjustments! Excellent tones, in fact almost monotone!
And the wet pier, just perfect! Excellent capture! Lori :)

Wow, the DOF is really great here; it draws the eye deep into the scene. Great composition, and a very moody shot. I can almost smell the rain and hear the surf. I wish I were there.
