Thanks Lucy and everyone! It's not a composite, nor is it any kind of PhotoShop trick. I simply rotated the lens and zoomed in during a 2 second exposure (using a tripod of course). It needs to be nearly dark outside to avoid over exposing the image. Go ahead and try it yourself!
