The first thing I noticed were her hands---as Dina said, so elegant. Beautiful girl, lovely shot...the lighting is amazing. Great work, as usual Pat :)

oh my -- what a gorgeous child. my eye tends to want to see it more off centered, but the more i look at it, the more i like it as my hands are drawn to her elegant hands that are in the center... great one pat.

Great skin tones. Isn't it wonderful to be a kid? Her pose and gaze makes her seem much older.
The only thing I might change is the lack of detail in her hair. I would try masking off her hair and recovering some detail (maybe one of the other color channels has the detail). In some ways I like the absolute jet black hair, but I think it needs a tiny bit of detail.
Good photo overall though!
