I like the black and white it works well here. A little touch from levels might add a bit of contrast .... It is a wonderful capture...

Wonderful grab shot and it is so touching. Dad Looks a bit like a certain Country Star i know of !
My theory on B&W is simple. if you can tell the story with B&W you really are an artist. Why, because Color tends to mask mistakes. i gice you Asel Adams and rest my case.

Terrific shot...The protective scense given by the father is just wonderful. I love the B&W, although I do find the darkish blurr of the framing some what a distraction. Beautiful composition...well done. :)
