Wow, Rawabi, great shot! I agree, the colours are georgeous! to me the fluid blue part fits perfect with the liquoriced drop, wich seems to come out of the petal. Very creative!

thank you Sébastien for your comment... as I mentioned in the "about" i know that the focus isn't good.. i posted it for the intentional shallow dof and colors..
I have posted another (more focused) drop.. hope you can take a look at it.. :)

nice composition.
i would have liked more dof. you have not mentioned the aperture but anyway, even small aperture size will not produce deep field .. so you can go for small aperture size such as f/16, the closeup lens will throw the background out of focus.
how do u like that sigma lens? it's perfect for portrait photography, i believe.
