I love how the orange is reflected in water, sand, and rock. I think for me, this is the most outstanding part of the image. I would love to see something like that done as a close up shot-with just the beautiful orange reflecting-I think for me the texture that it creates in the darkness along with the wonderful colors would be perfect. Great eye Tim!

Hi Megan , I have only painted a few cow paintings and I must say that the response has been overwhelming @ the Galleries. they sold right away. So if you are wanting paint them I would say that they are a popular subject. Good luck on your pursuits let me know how it goes. You can always Email me thorough my web site. Tim@timschumm.com Cheers, Tim....AKA ...Bartock

I love the colors of this one. All your landscapes are wonderful. You certainly have a love for it which shows in the perspectives you choose to shoot them at. I went to your web site to take a look at your paintings...I was blow away. You have a great style and I did notice the cross over to your portfolio here. My cows (curious) picture was brought about because I would like to paint a huge canvas of some herfords or black angus. Something in between abstract and reality--kind of like Picasso's bull drawings. I've been watching that buch of cows for the inspiration to find the perfect scence. I haven't painted in years so I'll need a big push to get started on it. Anyway, you have a great eye and have been a HUGE inspiration to me.
Regards, Megan
