She is beautiful and you have captured that well but I agree with Angelo that her arm is a distraction, but you you captured the moment and that is what matters.

This has lots going for it. The model is beautiful, the smile is so warm. The background is simple and undistracting, which is good.
The lighting has good and bad points. The good points are that the golden glow in her hair really comes out beautifully, and the catchlight in her eyes give them a lovely "twinkle". The not-so-good point is that shadow behind her chin. I am assuming you used only a single light source (a flashgun?) for this shot, and it was not diffused or bounced, which has caused a harch shadow. Maybe a reflector the the left of the camera could have bounced some light back under the chin and minimised the shadow.
Lastly, the arm coming across at the bottom. To my taste, it does not add anything, and kind of acts as a barrier and distraction, especially because it is out of focus.
So, in my humble opinion, a nice portrait, which could have been even better.
