This picture is full frame. Brother Tom is a street preacher who often comes to OSU. He will hang out on the main lawn, the Oval, randomly on nice days. As students walk to class, they get the opportunity to hear religious ignorance at its finest. Typical topics are: why masturbation is sinful, Muslims are inherently bad people, and women only have sex because they want man to love them (because their fathers did not love them enough). Sometimes large groups form to challenge his primitive thoughts.
i'm not sure when there will be another opportunity to photograph the campus preachers. our main lawn, the oval, is where they normally go but the entire thing is under construction. i have some pictures of them with the students but they didn't really turn out too well. thanks for your comment.

Photographically speaking, this is a nice portrait. I like the lighting, the sense of motion and action from the slight blur, and I like the story behind it, the shining light "backing him up".
Can you try one where the confrontation with the students is shown? That would be great!
