your other photos are quite a bit stronger, i believe, but this is still a nice scene. i just don't like the sunlight on the field. it's like two opposing ideas...the clouds are dark and overhanging, which creates one atmosphere...then the ground is illuminated, which works to combat the atmosphere created by the clouds.

The tree almost seems to be alive(well in the human sense), trying to pine its way out of the gloominess. Very mystical, I like it.
