Framing B&W

I like the image for many reasons. Nicely seen, created framing inside framing and "framing" sign... Off-center composition... all good.

But Im not sure of the spots on the picture, could be the light refractions on the glass window, or some dirt spots or something like that. Its kinda not good.

While I like this image in color, i guess, B&W would add a nice touch. Just my thots.
