Thanks for the comment Ellen. You should keep checking back for new pics. I love to take shots at concerts but there is only tone trick that you need to know in order for your pictures to turn out good: you need an all access pass so that you can go anywhere you want to. If you can't get past the crowd then you can't get good shots. This picture was taken from on stage while I was crouching behind one of the guitar amps. Nice to hear from you Ellen. Take care...

Hi; it is Ellen (your cousin from CA!). Uncle Jerry just showed me this site and I must say, I was quite taken aback by this one - its very nice. My pictures from shows never turn out this good! Haha. They always feature a guitarist (because we're usually pushed hardcore to like the far left) and this barren square of space taking up about 85.3% of the photo. Anyway, great job!
Love, Ellen (I hope I did this right! ^_^)

I didn't solarize it, I only changed the tones and converted it to B&W...

Nice shot with a good compostion. I like the fact that both the band as well as the crowd are captured in this shot, creating a nice club-atmosphere in it. One question: did you solarize the picture?
