Excellent work! This is a very complex composition, with the contrasting scales of the center, dominate clouds and the tiny rectangular-strucure in the mid-ground. The dark cloud entering from the right draws you eye into the center of the image, and to the contrasting scales of the above-mentioned.
But it doesn't stop there!
One of my favorite things is the gradient-like clouds that sweep the top of the image. As well as the very light, white sign on the dark (left) side of the clouds and the dark shadow on the right to provide perfect balance and a kind of Ying-Yang corespondence. Also, the perfect arc of the hills in the middle is perfectly upset by the machinery on the horizon on the right, and the structure on the left side.
Really fantastic composition, as well as great tonal properties make for a fantastic image.
