About The ruins of Angkor have been in the middle of the jungle for centuries. When they were rediscovered, at the ned of the 19th century, it must have looked like this, at the Ta Som area.

Nowadays, the temples still are surrounded by trees, but it's more accessible. At various places, you can see spots like this one: one or two trees, crawling over each other, on top of man-made buildings.
