Well with her arms dropped at her side and her face looking like shes gasping for breath( is that ger tongue hanging out?) she appears in a deadlike stance to me....

I never thought I would post a negative comment on this website... but for you to display an image of a strangled dead pregnant woman, I dont see the humor or the art in this image... It is quite disturbing.
and I do not mean that in a nice way.
