Hi Verena! A very good portrait indeed! At first I didn?t even notice the person to the right. This man is observed in a double sense - from behind and by the photographer ... cool stuff!!!

Hi Hugo,
it was the first time I tried a portrait and so many thanks for the compliments.
I'll be the whole next week in Finland, no time for UF, but the computer is delivered when I'm back and then I can really start again.

Hi Verena, I like this portrait; the DOF with the person higher up not only creates an excellent diagonal and sense of depth, but also creates alot of tension to this photo.
It reminds me of a corporate presentation; where the boss is in the spot light, but the people in his team do the work and make him a boss over something. Teamwork thing....;o)
I find the building and the third person on the right a bit distracting. Not much you could've done but take a single step to the right. An excellent capture, though, as well as a very original settings for a portrait.
Been rather busy lately, and I hope to spend some more time on UF in two weeks time... Did they deliver your new computer already?

Yeah, the observers in the background add a lot of interest. I also like the "speckled" effect behind the subject.
