Elisa, thank you for visiting my portfolio - and thank you so much for your comments and constructive critque.
When I shot this duck, I was thinking that I could be wasting my time - the pond was small and in harsh sunlight (it is part of a childrens' pet zoo) but when the duck started preening and showing off, I knew that I might just have something there. I am often surprised when I download my images, there is always something unexpected and pleasing :-)

Hi Linn, Great shot, and very well exposed. The feather coat seems like silk, and the "pose" of the duck is quite refreshing after the many "ordinary" shots. I like the touch of colour inserted by the orange beak and feet, it creates a very rich element. Very well composed, making use of both diagonals. I like this one alot!

Very dramatic! I like the contrast, the bit of reflection near the wingtip gives the impression of the tip waving! Nice shot. HB
