Why I think it should be watched at night?
Becasue of a mood, bacause it is a dreamlike composition, bacause dark colors you used.
During a day, during rush hours... first of all strong daily light is not the best for watching dark/colorfull photos. On the other hand, we do not have enought time to stop longer and admire. But the most important is the mood - the moon (at least it loos like) behind oats makes us dreaming...
