It is really horrible... And something else to think about is that most people find it horrible and STILL we (most people) go to zoo and pay money to see them! Taking our kids there, and with big smiles we say "ooh look at the tiger there" etc, and teach our children with that, that it's natural to see them in cages.
I'm looking at your tiger now and feel so sorry for it. That expression really is so sad.

Poor lil big cat huh? Yeah! Sad but true!!
Look at his eyes! You can see the sadness in them I reckon!
Meditating on that thought though, and looking on the positive side, I guess he is more protected in there than out in the wild on his own? "Cause these beautiful guys are really dwindling in numbers aren't they? I dunno! Tough questions and probably even tougher answers! I guess he could have a bit more room in an outdoor enclosure.
Great shot though.
