I used in that pic: 1. sharp, sharp and sharp; 2.adjustment layer (all); gradients (golden and blue); filters/stylize/difuse/ansotropic with fade; hue/saturation (unsaturation and hue a bit); "Nic colour efex pro/sunshine"(plugin) and "Digital gem" (plugin that reduce noise and give watercolour atmosphere). Software: Photoshop CS 8!)
