excellent macro...I have a hard time with bee stings..this makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up...not sure I would get this close...Great details, very good color and sharpness!

Beautiful-I love the shallow DOF here! :) Do you shoot most of your macros with a tripod? (eek, I always shoot mine handheld!lol)

Hi Giannis, you must have a very steady hand :)
Often this is the only way to get close enough, quick enough. I also tend to put the camera in Manual focus at a certain distance and then rock back and forwards till its in focus, it takes practice and lots of shots to get it right. Thank goodness for digital. You have git this technique down to a "T". Best regards neil
