Hi,Jon. I see that you also like sunsets. Some of my sunset shots, I consider amongst my best photos. In this one, I like how the orange and yellows seem to explode up from behind the trees. Excellent capture.

P.S. Yes I think your A1 and my 7Hi use what Minolta calls their GT lens. Any idea what the GT stands for? I looked at Raynox's web site and then priced those lens at several web stores. I also looked at Kenko's site and liked the looks of their lenses but they didn't list one for Minoltas. I e-mailed THK and asked about a 2x for the 7Hi and they said to try the KNT-20 or the VC-200HI. I ordered the VC-200 which is to be delivered Tuesday. I'll let you know how it performs.

What can I say but AWESOME !!! Such beauty, I believe we must thank God for giving us such colorful and beautiful sunsets for you to photograph. With your photography Jon we all get to see the beauty of the sun setting even if we do not see them in person.
