Lovely little flower. I notice more and more flower as I get older. I suppose these are the Japanese equivalent of the English snowdrop. I'm surprised at what looks to be shallow depth of field with the lens closed down to F/7. Did you add blur to the background? if so, it was very skillful. (I tried it myself the other day--not easy!)
Hi Craig, I like the use of the hiking boots! Very important to good photography! Seriously, the depth of field is very good. If the background would've been less obscured, it would've definately distracted from the flower. Very nice capture, especially considering the difficult lighting. Well done!
