I work at a TV station as well... perhaps I'll take some pics from around here and we can compare technology! hahahahha
This one still catches my eye the most.. mainly because of the row of colour up the middle. I think that you could probably lose 1/5th of the right side of frame and make the line more powerful.
Still, well seen... I've enjoyed checking these out!

Nice depth of field, and an interesting subject. IMHO, the composition lacks a bit of tension. It would have been nice, if the shot was taken over the diagonal of the crossfader. In this composition, all lines lead to one single vanishing point, whereas a composition over the diagonal would introduce a second vanishing point. The photo is very well exposed, though. I like it! Well done, Sven!

Looks like a green airplane landing strip. A little variation in the channel volumes might be an idea to try too.
