About This is my protest photo for all the THINGS that get in our way when we try to shoot pleasing pictures, but have signs, billboards, balloons, power lines, cars, traffic signals, street lights, and so many more modern obstructions ruin the shot we see in our heads. PFAH!

I am right there with you. Everything gets in the way. Great job of making the things that photographers hate into something that they can love...

Yeee---HA! Paul! I hear ya brother! I see how that one blue Sahara(Sanara??) street sign is right in the middle of the tree you were after. Cluttering nonsense....

The Austrian-British philosopher, Ludwig Wittgenstein (1889?1951), said "A picture is a fact." And this is a most disturbing one! Kudos

Great idea, Paul! Maybe if we all capture ALL of this stuff and photograph it, and put it all in one place . . . . maybe it will leave us ALONE! Nice! ..Brad

This is a wonderfull protest photo. If you did not say it was a protest photo i would have said: what a terrible photo, where did your mind go, try to focus on one subject. But this is just the thing i HATE to, and you caught it all in one shot. Really really superb action! I don't know where to look in the picture, it is such a chaos, that is what happens if you see all this you get in a Chaotic mood, so let's get rid of it! This picture is the start of a world wide action against: billboards, balloons, power lines, cars, traffic signals, street lights, and so many more modern obstructions

I agree with you Paul. It is almost impossible to get a picture of a house or a good landscape for the reasons you list. Good point!!!
