I'm not sure I like the effect applied to this. I think I've grown accustomed to the photorealistic look of these images. This looks postarized.

Barry,
I?ve been keeping my eye on your work for months now. I usually don?t comment because I don?t really have anything to offer you as far as advice; I just really enjoy your ideas. Well, I really like this one, it?s the colors, and it?s timeless, surreal, very abstract. The texture is excellent on the green and yellow but it washes out on the others. I?d like to see this one at a deeper depth of field like f/8 or smaller. All in sharp focus to bring out the refraction of the marbles, maybe a hint of highlights, like studio lighting, I just love this idea and colors though. just my opinion though.
keep shooting and have fun.
