About Taken in the middle of the Chihuahuan desert in Big Bend National Park in southwestern Texas. To get this shot, I accidentally backed into a cactus that inserted three 8-inch spines at least an inch into my leg. After that, I looked down before I moved anywhere to better frame a shot. :-)
