I really love those trees! This is such a great wintry shot. I agree with Keith about seeing more of the cabin. A bit of a higher angle would do it, methinks. :-)
Did you fill the sky with black in a graphics program? It's so devoid of anything (stars, moon, clouds, etc.) and makes such a hard line against the trees, that it takes away from the naturalism of the image. I don't think it has to be realistic, given the title of the photo, I just think the black sky could be integrated with the trees more smoothly. (Perhaps the trees & snow could look darker/more blue as well.)

I would delete the house top altogether and fill it in as if its part of a continuing tree. Also to add little more depth in the forground. Beautiful image,makes me want to be there.

I like it a lot. However, I do think that the snow bump on the right is a little bit distracting.
