Hi Tommaso, although the desaturated background is not something I like (generally speaking) I think it does work quite well in this photo. The camera position and angle as well as the composition are very suited for this kind of manipulation. It would be nice to see the original in comparison, just to get a reference of the actual scene. The frosted look on the shrubs in the background is very beautiful, and I like the gradient from the dark foreground to the light background further up the hill. On the technical side, the manipulation is excellent. Can't find a single flaw, no matter how close I look, except maybe the white line in the far bottom under the church (I wouldn't have noticed otherwise, though)....:)

Bella Tommaso anche se mi sembra un pelo "poco nitida sulla finestra del campanile.
Grandissimo il lavoro di desaturazione e tono insepia sugli alberi passando gradatamente dal verde al bianco (tipo infrarosso) degli alberi a completare la scena!!
