Beautiful dramatic sky! The combination of colours is really special.
I find the colour of the frame a bit distracting from the blue/yellow contrast in your image. Maybe better without a frame, or one with a different colour?

Hugo,
Wonderful sky and love the band of gold along the horizon...scan and old photo issues aside - this needs to be horizontal for the series!!! While the set-up is perfect for the sky as is it doesn't work for the trip. :(

Hugo,good work searching out the old stuff. I disagree with Lex about cropping the base. As it is, it adds fundamental compositional structure to the picture, more or less because the black is of equal hight as the yellow. Powerful shot. Ciao, Han (b.t.w. Jij zegt het maar dit lijkt niet bepaald op dezelfde plaats van I & II. Maar jij hebt de foto's genomen en zal het dus wel weten :-). Het is weer een prachtige foto. Die donkere bedrukte wolken houdt ik wel van. Heel appart, boven in een stukje blauwe lucht en "achterin" de gele lucht. Je had naar mijn idee wel nog een stukje van de onderkant af kunnen snijden, het zwarte gedeelte zie je toch niet niks van.
