About From my good friend ,Hugo Pierre,from Buenos Aires,I got that explanation:
Jorge, esto es folklore norteño andino (de Los Andes) Tiene influencias autóctonas de las provincias de Salta, Jujuy y Catamarca. El instrumento que semeja una mandolina se llama "Charango" y está hecho sobre la caparazón de un animal llamado mulita. El otro es una especie de flauta de Pan y creo que se llama "Xiqu". No puedo decir más porque el folkore no es mi especialidad. Yo toco jazz y música clásica.

A beautiful shot of your holiday in Argentina.
Very interesting. I had never seen this kind of scenes before.
Not only are the colours fantastic but it is amazing to see the instrument that they are playing. Very nice mood. Excellent expression on the face of the performers. I bet it was great swingin music!
