I think your image might be stronger in a more extreme landscape format. The amount of water in the foreground although pretty doesn't provide a reflection or any other prominent lines to draw your eye to the rocks and island. As is the island divides the image in half and the main portion of land sits in the very middle of your image. The sky and the lighting on the rocks really is what makes this photo. I think the more extreme landscape format would highlight these features and provide better lines for the viewers eye to follow. While tinkering with your image I also noticed that there are richer colors in your file. A little level adjustment brought out the saturation of your image a little more. Very beautiful! One day I hope to catch such a sight with my camera.
