Hi Travis,
I also like to photograph signs. I assume you found this sign of interest. You need to express your personal interest and (as in any image making) to add something of yourself and to present the subject in an interesting way.

This image lacks those qualities, it is not sharp, the left hand half is too bright, the central placement is too static and the botom portion is cut off.

Consider the attached image.
