Upper highway in Utah heading into Lake Powell. This photo was taken on one of my many trips in both Arizona and Utah, usually in December or January. The rocks are reflected by water from a small inlet flowing west out of Powell. I think they look like raw almond shells perfectly mirrored by the cold blue of the pond. This was probably shot later, sometime in the afternoon as I waited for the "magic light"
