I'd forgotten all about this shot, but got an email notice this morning. Now I've added it to my favourites. H:)

This is my favourite shot of the three, by far. I agree the blur only adds to the warm, hazy atmosphere of the shot. The red at the very bottom of the sky is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't change a thing.
I've been trying to e-mail you all week about these pictures, honestly! Maybe this weekend? One can only hope . . . .

Thanks for the comments everyone! Sebastiaan... I never thought about it, but it could very well be the wind in the weeds which created the blur... (of course it wouldn't be my rock steady hands...ahahahhaha)

Kim, this is definitely different. Not only does it have a "down to earth"(!)quality about it, but I think the blur is really working here to create an out-of-the-norm image which I can appreciate. A first I thought I wanted to see the image crisp with clarity. The more I looked at it, the more I liked it. Afterall, sometimes our environment is not clear, crisp or perfect. This one works for me. You could have called it "Expression."

hey Kim,
yeah I too agree with you about the crawling part. sometimes you just gotta improvise and this is a good one despite not being the sharpest pic ever. couldn't it be the wind which made the weeds move?
