Lucky you Cris to happen upon such a colorful bird surrounded
by lovely flowers! I agree, crouching down at rooster level would
be a terriffic shot, but I guess you take what you can get..lol
I went to your portfolio to see more of your photos taken with the Rebel,
and the colors are soooo clear. I'm almost convinced.

I really really like the colours the Rebel produces. I hope that in a few months I might be able to get a good deal somewhere... this is a nice shot of a rooster. However as you state yourself, it is a snap. It would have been nice if you would have gotten down to the level of the rooster and it would have looked straight into the camera. Maybe you could have sat down with some breadcrums and made it come to you. I'm looking forward to your next shots.

Thanks, I have been in the creative industry for nearly 15 years but have just recently decided to take up Photography. I purchased a new Canon Digital Rebel and am having a total blast with it. This website is fantastic not only for constructive criticism but also as an incredible source of inspiration. I look forward to posting some more of of my stuff.
