Excellent portrait! Great lighting, I love white on white. Only problem I see is the soft focus. Soft focus in protrature can be good, but the amount here is distracting. If you are trying to cover some blemishes, you could go for a little less soft focus and use the cloning tool to cover them up, I wouldn't go with 100% opacity, just enough so if somebody is looking for them can find them, but the casual observer does notice them, they notice that great smile and lively eyes.
