Nicely composed shot, though it looks a little washed out. Personally I'd prefer to get less detail in the shadowed areas and more contrast. It also looks very nice in B&W. I've attached a version desaturated with curves and levels sorted, plus a slightly tighter crop. I prefer it like this but as we all know, if its in focus, unblurred and correctly exposed everything else is subjective.....except when it was meant to be out of focus, blurred and overexposed, in which case rule one no longer applies! :-)
