Hi Dave,
i was just looking over your Mountaineering port. I used to do some mountaineering in my twenties. I lived in Banff and the house i was in had 10 climbers living there with me.....all we cared about was doing the next route. Looking at this photo reminded me of doing the "shooting gallery" on Andromeda...a scary ass climb with rocks shooting down this gully constantly....glad i am still here to talk about it. I'm sure you have similar stories.
looks like you get around. Where is your home base? Is it Lethbridge?...if it is i was just storm chasing through there only a week ago coming back from Waterton.

Great perspective! I really like the sense of depth and the composition. Good use of midday light, the most difficult kind. Perfect exposure, especially hard with the snow. I didn't like the tight crop at the bottom at first. But the more I look at it, the more it gives me the feeling of being there, in the shot. Well-done!
