Thanks for your comments. About the title--I changed it. It was intended for another photo, and I failed to change the title when I changed my mind about what photo to submit. By "trying too hard" I meant that some might say the photo is overly contrived, too obviously "set up", and one could disagree about whether that's a flaw.

Hi Kenneth.
I go to http://math.usc.edu/~alexandr/photos.html and I discover more of your nice pictures...
My god! I love the section of just images and urban life plus magnifico `black and white` Mannequins contemplate the futility of their existence.
I need to see more of your works and this is urgent, produce more "juiceing" Futility work on this page...
Take care Kenneth.

Shouldn't the title be "Footility" ?
Trying too hard, I'm not sure. What did you have in mind ?
Nice composition and the tonal range is good.

I'm trying to understand the title - "Futility". I'm not sure how this conveys/portrays futility, so it leaves me puzzled.
That also leaves me unable to comment on the photo itself since I can't know what parts of the image are important to the point until I understand the concept.
Could you elaborate?
