WASHINGTON 9.11.03 -- The State Department has issued a "worldwide caution," warning U.S. citizens and employees of the threat of more terror attacks on the second anniversary of the September 11 attacks, saying there are "increasing indications that al Qaeda is preparing to strike U.S. interests abroad."
The State Department also said the terror network is pursuing actions "more devastating" than the deadly plane hijackings two years ago.
MAY THE WORLD NOT BE FORCED TO WITNESS ANOTHER HAPPENING SUCH AS NYC 2001, PERSONALLY OR ON FILM.

...I have lived in NYC, I love this city. I had a New Yorker guest in my house in Madrid that day... I felt and shared with him the most intense desperation...

With due respect, to Mr. Brian Hynes who says and I quote
"I am an amateur picture taker (hesitate to call myself a photographer) I have been taking pictures for about two years now.",
during these prior two years, the world has changed!
There remains much discord through out this world of ours, however there remains conviction and hope, that the peoples of the world will unite, and make this a better place, for generations to come.

Thank you for this wonderful image. I had an aunt and a friend that died in the attack. This is a very nice memorial. Simple but with a lot of heart.
