I think there is a little confusion here. This is a Lady Slipper Orchid,(Paphiopedilum insigne, I believe). The Venus Flytrap has two fleshy, hair fringed leaves which react to pressure on trigger hairs inside by snapping shut. I like the picture though. The ferns and pot set off the Orchid colors quite nicely.
